The buyer is encouraged to have the bird(s) examined by an avian veterinarian at buyers expense within 3 days of purchase. If during this 3 day period, the bird(s) are found to have an infectious disease or genetic disorder that affects their health as determined by the examining veterinarian, I agree at my discretion to replace bird(s) with same species or give a full refund. If the bird(s) die within this 3 day period, you must refrigerate (NOT FREEZE) the bird immediately, then take the bird(s) to an avian veterinarian for a necropsy at buyers expense.
